Revival?
Considering a revival of this space. My english speaking sanctum. And actually just my sanctum. All my other spaces are supposedly there to serve as a writing station for culture. This here, is mostly for me.
Anyway.
We're here.

Anna Järvinen - Lilla Anna
There's a lot of listening to Swedish music going on at the moment, for obvious reasons. The timing for our arrival to Stockholm, and spring, couldn't be any better with the upcoming release of Anna Järvinen's third album Anna Själv Tredje. I'm sure that her album, as they always are, will be spinning constantly making the soundtrack to our summer 2011.
The first single Lilla Anna is equally suiting for the last summer days in Perth.
Toby Barnes discusses the future at Interesting North. Between the future, James Bond, blowing things up and tiny horses I believe there's something in here about why the human race is so bored of everything and anything these days. Somehow we have become extremely dazzled by shiny screens and the, sometimes, utterly boring things they provide.

Meanwhile Dennis Dennis is setting up is shop, it's starting to look lovely. From now on I'm making playlist for the shop, the first one is called Äventyr *click* and is found on Spotify.
After some struggle my tiny writer's block finally broke today after spending some sweaty hours (35 degrees!) in the attic scribbling notes, thinking, and finally writing and starting what I hope will become a great conversation. I deem some of the success to Gruff Rhys' album Hotel Shampoo that kept me company while breaking the barrier. 'If We Were Words (We Would Rhyme)' will definitely be on the next playlist together with some other great songs I've prepared, now I'm just trying to figure out what the theme actually is.
